Three new dining experiences shape this year’s culinary offering.
General Release tickets are now available at Platinumlist
Sole DXB, the region’s contemporary culture festival, will bring a new dimension for dining into the festival setting, spotlighting Dubai’s most recognised homegrown restaurants alongside a focused selection of international brands.

Elevated
Anchoring the elevated dining space at Sole DXB 2025; The Maine, the city’s well-known New England brasserie, will serve its classics alongside exclusive tuna and salmon bowls created for the festival, as well as the return of its fried chicken and caviar special. Varak, known for reinterpreting Middle Eastern desserts through contemporary technique, will present single-serve cakes. Eleven Green, known for its Bull Burger which won the 2022 UAE’s Best Burger competition and placed third at the World Food Championships in Dallas, will serve its signature smashed patties and house sauces.Mama Fri will introduce a Mitsu inspired menu, Japanese for three valleys. The offering will be brought to life through three distinct stations: wok, fry, and steam. A street-food approach that highlights the brand’s playful take on Asian-influenced comfort dishes.

Discovery
This year’s food line-up also draws from neighbourhood kitchens shaped by the city’s everyday dining culture. Mihbash brings Emirati street food influences, Soil presents its plant-forward bowls, Mirzam showcases handcrafted bean to bar chocolate, Pop Culture offers natural ice pops, Club Ocha introduces Thai iced teas, and MyGovindas serves vegetarian dishes rooted in Sattvic cooking. A selection that feels authentic to Dubai while creating new moments to discover across the weekend.
The festival continues to support independent kitchens and culturally rooted food stories, with Miss Lily’s, returning as part of this year’s food experience. Neo Temaki, a Japanese dining concept created by Dubai chefs Neha Mishra and Panchali Mahendra, joined by Camino, Barrad, Pie Haus, Yava x Tonton, Neighbourhood Food Hall, Los Hermanos, Mashawi, Kokum & Kari, and Sandwich Nerds contribute to a wider dining landscape reflecting the city’s diverse offering.

Local Heroes
Festival favourites remain part of the weekend, including Shake Shack, which will host its Ball For All basketball activation in collaboration with Sole DXB 2025. Al Mallah returns with its shawarma counter, and Bigface will serve coffee across the site. Noon will serve its experimental ice cream flavours throughout the festival, including 98 Petrol, Colgate, Lurpak Butter and more. Bonbird will serve its signature fried chicken, One Life will be bringing a fresh, house-made doner concept to the festival, and PDL will offer its fresh salads and bowls.
This marks the first time a festival in the region brings elevated dining, independent kitchens, and everyday favourites together in one setting, creating a dining experience that meets different tastes and palates throughout the festival.

With the support of its strategic partner, Visit Dubai and venue partner Dubai Design District (d3), a global hub for art design and creativity and a member of TECOM Group PJSC; this year’s festival promises a show that delivers on discovery through carefully selected experiences, highlighted in their programming of music, fashion, art, sport and food.
